Baptist Church
What a privilege to be called Pastor of such a wonderful church family. I was saved at the age of 11 at a Bailey Smith Crusade, and God began to work in my life early. I was a "bus kid". The church bus picked me up for every service and as a result, I fell in love with serving the Lord! At the age of 18, I began to drive a bus myself and pick up people longing to be in church!In 2002 I joined Southside Baptist in Goodview, VA, where I became the Youth Pastor and I had the privilege to serve there
until I was called as Pastor of Gospel Light Baptist! My wife, Becky, and I were married in 2004! Becky grew up a preacher's kid and has been involved in the church in every way you could imagine. Becky has a heart for children and a love for ladies' ministry. We have 4 beautiful children, Eli, Isaiah, Annie, and Aaron. We also have a spoiled Beagle, named Sparky, a cat named Ike, and a flock of chickens! Our main focus and goal at Gospel Light is to be a loving church and a soul-winning church. Our church is growing spiritually and we would love to have you come and be a part of it!
